Boots Volunteers helps develop Boots skincare, cosmetics, sun care and toiletries through home-user tests, interviews, focus groups and on-site research. Home testers receive a product sample, complete scheduled feedback and can usually keep the item.
Selection and safety
You must be 18 or over and not employed by Boots. Registration and a screening survey do not guarantee a study place because selection depends on the product, profile and limited sample numbers. Products can still cause a reaction, so read the study information and stop using an item if instructed.
Rewards
Boots says home-user studies are not paid. On-site studies near its Beeston testing centre may compensate participants for their time.
